About This Role
Role Objective
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team, specifically focusing on Emaar’s premier family community, **The Valley**.
You will be the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, responsible for the entire leasing lifecycle from lead generation to move-in.
Key Responsibilities
- **Master the Community:** Act as a brand ambassador for The Valley. You must be able to articulate the value of the Town Centre, Sports Village, and Golden Beach to families.
- **Lead Management:** Convert inquiries from Property Finder, Bayut, and social media into physical viewings.
- **Conduct Tours:** Showcase townhouses (Eden, Nara, Talía, etc.) with a focus on plot sizes, orientation, and proximity to community parks.
- **Negotiation & Closing:** Handle offers, security deposits, and contract signatures with a high closing ratio.
- **Market Intelligence:** Monitor competing communities (like Arabian Ranches 3 or Villa Nova) to ensure our listings remain competitively priced.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- **The "Valley Specialist" Mindset:** Previous experience leasing in suburban Emaar or DAMAC communities is a significant advantage.
- **Firm Negotiator:** Ability to defend rental prices and handle multiple-cheque negotiations effectively.
- **UAE Driving License + Car:** Mandatory. You will be spending 80% of your time on-site in The Valley.
- **Language:** Native or professional-level English is required; Arabic or Russian is a major plus.
