- Marketing: Targeted company lead gen and personal branding campaigns.

- The Setup: Standalone villa office, company laptop, and phone with credits provided.
- Support: Dedicated admin for listings, CRM hygiene, and photography coordination.

The Profile
- Market Proof: 6 months of active Dubai brokerage experience or 1 sale deal closed minimum.
- Presence: Currently based in Dubai with license or access to a car
- Languages: Fluent English is mandatory; European languages are a massive advantage.
- Mindset: You are a self-starter who thrives in a commission-only, high-reward environment.
