Job Description
Infinity Living Real Estate is looking for dynamic, motivated, and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties.
You will be the face of our company, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing expert guidance throughout all aspects of real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
- Actively seek out new clients and business opportunities through networking, marketing, and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings and accompany clients to inspections.
- Provide expert advice on current market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and other relevant information to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, deeds, and lease agreements, in accordance with UAE property laws.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate and close real estate deals, maximizing client satisfaction and the company's profit.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and regulatory changes in Dubai's real estate market.
Requirements
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate, preferably in Dubai/UAE market. Fresher also Welcome
- **License:** RERA certification is highly preferred.
- **Language Proficiency:** Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
- **Skills:** Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- **Self-Motivated:** Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Tech-Savvy:** Comfortable with CRM software, online marketing platforms, and other technology tools relevant to real estate.
