Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and experienced Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team in Dubai.
This is a commission-based opportunity for individuals who are passionate about real estate, capable of generating leads, and confident in closing sales and leasing transactions independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales and/or leasing.
- Strong ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Valid RERA certification/license is preferred.

- **100% Commission-Based Role (No Fixed Salary)**
