Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer with at least 1 year of experience to support the Human Resources department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, payroll support, and handling UAE labor and immigration processes through government portals.

The candidate should have a good understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and job advertisements.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Conduct employee orientation and induction programs.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and records.

Hr Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and probation periods.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
  • Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee data.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information and records.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment.

UAE Labor, Visa & Government Portal Management

  • Process labor contracts, work permits, and employment applications through Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE).
  • Handle employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes through Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP).
  • Monitor labor cards, visas, Emirates IDs, and passport validity.
  • Coordinate with PROs and government authorities regarding employee documentation.
  • Ensure timely renewal of employee visas, labor permits, and company licenses.
  • Maintain compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
  • Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and final settlement procedures.

Training & Performance Management

  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Maintain training records and employee development plans.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and evaluation processes.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal company policies.
  • Maintain HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Support audits and HR compliance reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law, visa processing, and government portals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with HRMS systems is an advantage.
