HomeKeys Real Estate is looking for an experienced and results-driven **Real Estate Team Leader** who can bring and manage an existing team of real estate agents.
Requirements
Minimum **4 years of UAE Real Estate experience**
Proven track record in sales and team management
Ability to bring and lead an existing real estate team
Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents
- Achieve team sales and leasing targets
- Develop new business opportunities
- Train, mentor, and support team members
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
