**ULO Real Estate** is a dynamic and growing leader in Dubai's property market, specializing in off-plan sales.

ULO Real Estate — a **Diamond Listed Company with EMAAR and Meraas** — is expanding and building its second Off-Plan Team.
We’re looking for experienced and motivated real estate brokers ready to close deals and grow with one of Dubai’s top brokerages.
About the Role
You will work with a steady flow of qualified leads from the **USA, UK, EU, and CIS** markets, selling premium off-plan projects from leading Dubai developers.
Our lead generation is fully established and consistently delivers high-quality inbound leads — allowing you to focus on closing deals.
We are looking for brokers with experience in both **secondary and primary markets (off-plan preferred)**, who understand the Dubai property landscape and are confident working with international clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in **Dubai real estate (off-plan preferred)**
- Experience working with **both** primary and secondary markets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- **Fluent English**
- Goal-oriented and self-driven with a high level of motivation
- Familiarity with developers such as EMAAR, Meraas, Damac, Sobha, etc.
