Metropolitan Premium Properties is seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker in Dubai.
The broker will work across sales, leasing, off-plan, and secondary-market property transactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle sales and leasing transactions across Dubai communities.
- Manage an active client database and maintain long-term relationships.
- Conduct viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Generate business through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
- Stay current on Dubai market trends, regulations, and new developments.
- Prepare and execute contracts in compliance with RERA regulations.
Requirements
- At least two years of proven real estate experience in Dubai.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car.
- RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and market trends.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a competitive environment.
- Fluency in English; Russian, Arabic, French, or Chinese are additional-language advantages.
