Key responsibilities
- Handle sales and leasing transactions across Dubai communities and maintain an active client database.
- Conduct viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Generate business through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
- Monitor market trends, regulations, and new developments; prepare and execute contracts in compliance with RERA.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven real estate experience in Dubai and a track record of closing high-value transactions.
- Valid UAE driving licence and own car; RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and market trends; excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a competitive environment.
- English fluency required; Russian, Arabic, French, or Chinese are a plus.
