About the role

Key duties

• Source properties, landlords, and local authority areas, and negotiate with owners or landlords.
• Analyze real estate trends, opportunities, and risks; prepare financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies.
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
• Track economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics in Qatar.
• Work with finance, legal, and development teams and maintain accurate real estate databases.

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis skills, with analytical and quantitative ability and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Qatar’s commercial real estate market; experience in commercial real estate is described as ideal.
• Strong written and verbal English and Arabic are essential, including clear presentation of complex information.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Workplace

• The role is based at the company’s Qatar office; office-based teams work onsite five days a week.
