Operations Manager

About the role

Responsibilities

• Ensure processing-center operations run smoothly across all shifts; lead staff training and meetings and coach shift leads.
• Coordinate facility work with the Property Manager and address facility, technology, and space issues with licensees, including contacting OFOS.
• Work with Customer Success to prepare licensees for large orders, launches, and business spikes.
• Manage ZenDesk tickets through resolution and troubleshoot processing-center, kitchen, and facility hardware issues.
• Review daily inventory, order replenishments, and audit storage and common areas.
• Report KPI metrics and contribute to goal setting and planning; review financials and support P&L understanding.
• Cover shifts during call-outs and provide staffing support; general handy-person duties around the hub are a plus.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of operations management experience, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing.
• Strong organization and experience managing teams across multiple shifts.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for facility, inventory, and process issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred qualifications

• Multi-site operations experience, familiarity with kitchen or food processing operations, and experience with ZenDesk or another ticketing system are preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and workplace safety standards is preferred.

Workplace

• Dubai office-based role; office-based teams work onsite five days a week.
