Position Overview
We are seeking driven and entrepreneurial Investment Advisors for a basic salary + commission role.
This position is ideal for professionals with a passion for finance and investments, offering unlimited earning potential through advisory on real estate, debt financing, and diversified investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients seeking investment solutions.
- Advise clients on investment products, real estate, and financial strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify profitable opportunities.
- Prepare and present investment proposals and performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure investment solutions.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Achieve and exceed sales and commission targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or high-value investment sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both over the phone and in person.
- Proven experience in sales, finance, or investment advisory is advantageous.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate (preferred).
- Exposure to HNI & UHNI clientele is an added advantage.
