What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors
- Advise clients on residential and/or commercial property investments
- Conduct property viewings and deliver persuasive presentations
- Stay ahead of market trends, pricing movements, and new developments
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with confidence
- Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business
- Collaborate with developers, landlords, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
