Role Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales of secondary and off-plan properties
- Follow up, and convert inquiries and leads into deals
- Conduct property viewings, meetings, and negotiations
- Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities
- Close deals and manage the full transaction process
- Coordinate with developers, banks, and legal teams
- Actively participate in property marketing and campaigns
- Create and appear in social media and video content
- Build your personal brand
- Maintain a professional public image representing the company
- Contribute to increasing visibility of listings and brand presence
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hardcore sales experience (real estate preferred, but not mandatory).
- Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Arabic, English, French, Hindi, Urdu, Farsi, Turkish, Spanish, Russian, or Chinese.
- Multilingual candidates are preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
- Comfortable being on camera when required.
- Active on social media platforms with personal profiles (personal branding is a plus).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and ambitious.
