• Qualify corporate clients, logistics firms, and SMEs to match their operational needs with appropriate spaces (evaluating specific needs like mezzanine storage, heavy vehicle access, or specialized zoning).

• Viewings & Site Inspections

• Arrange and conduct professional site walkthroughs for corporate decision-makers, property managers, and engineers.
• Free Zone vs. Mainland Guidance:
• Advise international and local corporate clients on the regulatory and licensing differences of operating within Dubai Mainland versus specific Free Zones (like JAFZA or Dubai South).

3. Deal Structuring & Transaction Management

• Commercial Negotiations:
• Lead negotiations between landlords and corporate entities regarding financial structures, including stepped rent profiles, rent-free fit-out periods, and security deposit terms.
