• Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
• Utilize online and offline channels to generate leads and create a strong sales pipeline.

• Negotiation: Negotiate property prices and terms between sellers and buyers, ensuring both parties achieve a beneficial agreement.

• Market Research: Stay updated with real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments in Dubai.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai or a similar market.

• Confidence and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Valid UAE driving license and own transportation.
