About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Real Estate Agent** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the local market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Assist buyers and sellers throughout the entire real estate transaction
- Conduct property showings and listing presentations
- Generate leads through networking, marketing, and prospecting
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Minimum of **6 months of experience** as a real estate agent
- Ability to speak and understand **English or Arabic** (fluency in both languages is an advantage)
- Strong **communication and negotiation skills**
- Ability to work **independently** as well as part of a **team**
- Good knowledge of **local market trends** and **real estate regulations**
