We’re Hiring: High-Performing Real Estate Agents \| Dubai
Edraj Properties is looking for hungry, deal-driven **Secondary Property Consultants** who are ready to earn big and perform in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.
If you’re not closing, this role isn’t for you.
We want brokers who thrive under pressure, chase deals, and know how to convert leads into revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Close secondary market deals consistently
- Build and manage a strong client pipeline
- Negotiate and convert high-value transactions
- Take full ownership of your sales performance
What We Expect
- Proven sales performance (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-driven, disciplined, and results-focused
- Ability to work independently with a winning mindset
What You Get
