Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for driven, results-oriented individuals with a passion for sales and a strong interest in Dubai’s secondary real estate sector.
Ideal candidates are proactive, client-focused, and thrive in a competitive, target-driven environment.
Requirements
- Previous real estate experience is highly preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong background in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- Ambitious, confident, and target-oriented mindset
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional presentation and strong work ethic
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property requirements
- Provide tailored property solutions and professional guidance
- Conduct property viewings and manage negotiations through to closing
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
- Stay informed on Dubai real estate market trends and new developments
- Maintain accurate records using the company CRM system
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings
