- **50% commission** on company-provided leads
- **70% commission** on personal leads
- **Leads:** Access to genuine, high-quality leads every month

- **Training:** Continuous in-house coaching and support from reputable developers.
Who We’re Looking For
- **Applicants MUST have UAE real estate experience and available in Dubai and willing to join immediately.**
- **Passionate About Real Estate: Driven, motivated, and eager to succeed**
- **Strong Sales & Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively**
- **Proven record of successfully closed deals**
- **Knowledge of Dubai real estate market**
- **Driving license and car preferably**
- **A positive, determined, self-motivated, smart and enthusiastic attitude**
- **Highly organized with attention to detail and computer competent**
- **Desire and open to learn new skills**
- **Provide excellent customer service and after sales**
- **Multilingual is a plus advantage**
