About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a motivated and professional **Real Estate Agent** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and leasing residential and commercial properties while providing excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and site visits
- Generate leads and maintain client relationships
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms on behalf of clients
- Prepare listings, marketing materials, and property advertisements
- Stay updated on market trends and property laws
- Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of local real estate market
- Valid real estate license (if required)
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UAE/GCC real estate market
- Own vehicle and valid driving license
