Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to understand property values and trends.
- Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers.
- Obtain and keep track of all relevant documentation for real estate transactions.
- Assist in the staging of properties for showings and open houses.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction process.
- Take part in developer Kiosks
- Take part in International Road shows and sell to repeat company clients/ investors
- Work across secondary and Off plan markets
Requirements
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.
- Immediate Joiners / Abu Dhabi Located or commutable.
- Strong understanding of local and regional real estate markets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
