Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, calls, social media, and other channels.
- Build relationships with buyers, landlords, tenants, and investors; understand client needs and recommend properties.
- Conduct viewings and presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate offers, and manage deals through closing.
- Maintain client and property records in the CRM and meet individual monthly targets.
- Track Dubai market developments and prices and coordinate transactions with developers, landlords, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience in off-plan sales and/or leasing; prior Dubai or UAE real estate experience is preferred.
- Proven deal-closing and target-achievement ability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, customer-service, and relationship-building skills.
- Good command of English; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A UAE driving license and own vehicle are an advantage.
