Role and brokerage

Responsibilities

• Win listings by approaching property owners, developers, and landlords.
• Sell and lease listed apartments, villas, offices, retail units, buildings, and warehouses.
• Advise clients on price, location, yield, and market conditions using Qatar market evidence.
• Conduct viewings, accompany clients on site, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Manage offers, tenancy and sale contracts, title and ownership documents, and registration where applicable.
• Build and maintain a client list, follow up with clients, and keep listings, prices, photographs, and availability up to date.
• Report on enquiries, viewings, offers, and closings.

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a real estate agent, broker, or property consultant in Qatar, including a record of closing sales or leases.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar market areas, price levels, rental rates, and buyer segments.
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence dealing with owners, landlords, and corporate clients.
• Spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Valid Qatar driving licence, own car, and valid transferable Qatar residence permit.

Desirable qualifications

• Ministry of Justice real estate brokers register licence, an existing Qatar property network, and commercial or industrial property experience are desirable.
• Experience with property listing portals and a CRM is desirable.

Compensation

• Competitive package; basic salary, commission structure, and allowances depend on experience and track record and are agreed at interview.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
