The Role
Manage interior fit-out projects from design through execution and handover.
Run site works, coordinate contractors and deliver the space on time and to specification.
What You Will Do
- Review fit-out drawings, specifications and schedules; identify clashes before work begins.
- Supervise partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery and finishes on site.
- Coordinate contractors and subcontractors and sequence trades.
- Coordinate fit-out work with MEP and low-current systems, ensuring containment, back boxes and openings are ready for equipment.
- Check work against approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
- Track programme, materials and quantities; report progress to the project manager.
- Run snagging, close out defects and prepare the handover pack.
What We Need
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- 3–5 years managing interior fit-out projects from design through execution.
- Strong site supervision and contractor coordination background.
- Proven record delivering to project timelines and specifications.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work with AutoCAD.
- Good spoken and written English.
Good to Have
- Fit-out experience in Qatar, including authority permits and approvals.
- Experience coordinating with AV, ELV or IT infrastructure trades.
- Valid Qatar driving licence.

- Work location is in person.
