About This Role
Overview
We’re a dynamic real estate company in Dubai, and we’re looking for a professional, well-presented and energetic Real Estate Administrator to join our team.
This is a client-facing role, perfect for someone who’s organised, confident, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting our sales and leasing agents with day-to-day admin tasks
- Preparing and organising documents (tenancy contracts, agreements, listings, etc.)
- Updating property portals and CRM systems
- Coordinating calls, emails, viewings, and appointments
- Meeting and greeting clients at the office
- Keeping office files and records neat and up-to-date
- Helping with simple marketing uploads and listing descriptions
- Staying informed about real estate rules and compliance in Dubai
What We’re Looking For
- Someone organised, detail-focused, and proactive
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable learning new systems and software
- A positive attitude and a friendly approach with clients
- Real estate admin experience in Dubai
- Because this role involves a lot of front-desk interaction and client communication, we’re ideally looking for someone who is polished, approachable, and enjoys representing the company professionally.
