Job Description
We are seeking a **Real Estate Admin & Support Executive** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills along with hands-on experience in **posting real estate advertisements and converting leads into successful sales**.
Key Responsibilities
- Post and manage property listings on portals such as **Bayut,** **Property Finder etc**
- Ensure listings are accurate, updated, and optimized to generate quality leads
- Handle incoming leads, follow up with clients, and convert inquiries into sales
- Coordinate with agents, clients, and developers for property details and documentation
- Prepare contracts, forms, and other real estate documentation
Requirements
- Female candidates preferred
- Prior experience in real estate administration or support role
- Strong knowledge of property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)
- Proven ability to handle and convert leads into sales
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
