We are hiring Real Estate Administrator
Job Description
We are looking for a **Real Estate Administrator** with prior experience to manage daily operations and support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle property listings on portals (Property Finder, Bayut)
- Maintain inventory and CRM data
- Manage documentation (Form A, contracts, agreements)
- Coordinate with agents, clients, and developers
- Organize office data and records
Requirements
- Minimum **1–2 years real estate admin experience (mandatory)**
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate processes
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
