Join Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery operations in a newly formed organization developing and launching new business models across AMET.
The role is an Operations Lead for UFG UTR operations in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily end-to-end UTR operations for one large site or multiple small sites.
- Supervise store operations and meet customer-facing metrics.
- Maintain operational and quality targets while upholding team safety and morale.
- Drive performance management for team members.
- Prepare and implement training and development plans for pickers.
- Work with merchant stakeholders to improve processes and sustain performance improvement.
- Conduct daily 4M, 5S, and Safety GEMBA audits for stores.
- Stand in for the Area Manager when required.
Basic Qualifications
- Fluency in spoken, written, and read English is required.
- Fluency in spoken, written, and read Arabic is required.
- Experience implementing process improvements is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Organization Context
The team operates Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery and helps develop a fast delivery service for customers.
The role supports 3P Store Operations and the consistent implementation of Amazon policies.
