Naresco Contracting LLC seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Fit-Out to join its team in Dubai.
The role requires 3–5 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, specifically on fit-out projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for fit-out projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify project requirements.
- Prepare interim payment applications, progress valuations, and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs and maintain accurate cost reports.
- Prepare and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Assist with tender preparation, cost comparisons, and budget monitoring.
- Handle variations, additional works, and related cost assessments.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ensure quantity surveying activities comply with project specifications and contractual requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, with mandatory fit-out project experience.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and variations.
- Experience with tendering, subcontractor evaluations, and final account preparation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant quantity surveying software.
- Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
Pay
- AED 5,000–7,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
