Naresco Contracting LLC is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to ensure construction activities meet approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor project QA/QC procedures and verify construction work against drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate them with consultants and project teams.
- Prepare and review ITPs, method statements, and quality documentation; raise, monitor, and close NCRs and corrective action reports.
- Coordinate material inspections and confirm compliance with approved specifications.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and project documentation.
- Monitor concrete, structural, finishing, and other construction activities for quality compliance.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, and relevant ISO quality management standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of construction-industry QA/QC experience.
- UAE building construction project experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, ITPs, NCRs, and method statements.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong documentation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
Pay
- AED 8,000–12,000 per month.
