Senior Associate in Consumer & Community Banking Data & Analytics, supporting data-driven decisions, growth, campaign performance, and continuous improvement.
Uses advanced analytics to guide strategy, reporting, product performance, user experience, product development, and investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex, multi-source datasets and apply analytics and data mining to identify patterns, correlations, and behavioral insights.
- Deliver tactical and strategic analysis using visualization and reporting tools, and communicate findings to business partners and senior leadership.
- Advise on data-driven decision-making, analytical approaches, and opportunity identification.
- Partner with clients to solve quantitative business problems, optimize performance, and meet business needs.
- Contribute to data models, analytics architecture, and enterprise data strategies with data owners and managers.
- Improve processes by assessing data quality, detecting anomalies, and connecting findings to business processes.
- Independently manage programs, refine processes, and engage stakeholders with limited oversight.
Required qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline and 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Python or SAS and experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent big-data platforms.
- Strong SQL and relational database experience.
- Experience in data mining, analytical methods, and translating analysis into business strategy.
- Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, or comparable visualization and reporting tools.
- Work experience with AWS, Spark/EMR, ChatGPT, Confluence, and Snowflake; Agile proficiency with Jira or Confluence.
- Strong analytical problem-solving, collaboration, influence, and communication skills, including presenting complex findings to senior and non-technical audiences.
Preferred qualifications
- Machine learning, NLP, and LLM experience is preferred.
- Experience with digital platforms and tools such as Adobe Analytics is a plus.
