The description identifies a Human Resources Coordinator role supporting HR office administration and employee services.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain filing systems and prepare office correspondence using a computer.
- Distribute and route mail; order and track HR office supplies and forms.
- Answer calls, record messages, and assist walk-in candidates with application procedures.
- Create personnel files and maintain accurate employee records and files.
- Maintain a clean, accessible area for completing applications.
- Respond to employee and management questions about HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Inform HR management of employee-relations issues within the division or property.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records and information.
- Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, protect company assets, and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
- Welcome guests, communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review documents, and answer telephones appropriately.
- Build positive working relationships and support team goals.
- Use computers and/or point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information; perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is specified.
