Responsibilities
- Prepare, develop, and implement a company quality management system.
- Establish quality policies, procedures, standards, and performance measurement indicators.
- Monitor operational activities and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews and monitor corrective action procedures.
- Identify quality-related risks and analyze problem causes and solutions.
- Prepare periodic quality reports and make recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with departments to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and relevant specifications.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop internal procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in quality management and quality systems administration.
- Experience implementing and developing quality management systems.
- Problem-solving skills and report preparation capabilities.
- Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional certifications in quality management or auditing are preferred.
