Join a quality team in the oil and gas sector to help ensure quality management systems meet Aramco standards.
Conduct audits and support training to improve organizational understanding and application of quality management practices.
Audit and improvement duties
- Conduct QMS audits for compliance with Aramco standards and regulations, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Develop audit plans and schedules and coordinate audits with departments.
- Prepare detailed reports of QMS strengths, weaknesses, and audit findings for management.
- Collaborate with teams on corrective action plans for non-conformities and ensure actions are communicated and completed.
- Train and support staff on QMS policies and procedures and quality standards.
- Monitor corrective actions to confirm improvements are effective and sustained.
- Participate in QMS management reviews and provide recommendations based on audit findings.
- Keep current with industry practices and regulatory changes in quality management.
- Assist in preparing quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience conducting quality management audits and strong understanding of QMS principles and methodologies.
- Analytical ability to assess complex data and identify quality and compliance trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail in auditing and documentation.
- Proficiency with auditing tools and software.
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs on QMS.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple audits and projects while meeting deadlines.
