Role Description
The Quality Manager is a part-time, on-site role based at IRIS Dental Clinic in Dubai.
This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality standards and protocols across clinical and administrative processes.
Day-to-day tasks include auditing patient records and workflows, reviewing compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, and identifying areas for improvement in patient experience and safety.
The Quality Manager collaborates with dentists, hygienists, and support staff to document procedures, conduct training on best practices, and track quality metrics.
The role also involves preparing reports for management, following up on corrective actions, and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.
Qualifications
- Quality management skills, including process auditing, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong compliance and documentation capabilities, with attention to detail in clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with multidisciplinary dental and administrative teams.
- Organizational and analytical skills for managing multiple quality projects, interpreting data, and prioritizing action plans.
- Previous experience in healthcare or dental clinic quality management is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, quality management, dentistry, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with local healthcare regulations and accreditation standards in the UAE is an advantage.
- Ability to work part time on-site in Dubai and adapt to a dynamic, patient-focused clinical environment.
