Role Description
The Division Manager at IRIS Dental Clinic Dubai is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site clinic management and work-from-home responsibilities.
This position oversees daily operations across designated divisions, including staffing coordination, workflow optimization, and adherence to clinical and service standards.
The Division Manager monitors performance metrics, supports budget and resource planning, and collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.
They lead divisional meetings, follow up on action plans, ensure compliance with clinic policies, and support implementation of new procedures and initiatives.
The role also involves maintaining clear communication with senior management, preparing periodic reports, and contributing to strategic planning for division growth.
Qualifications
- Operational management skills, including experience overseeing clinic or healthcare division workflows and resource allocation.
- Leadership and team coordination abilities, with a track record of motivating diverse staff and managing performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clinicians, administrative staff, and patients.
- Organizational and analytical skills, including comfort with data, reporting, and process improvement activities.
- Basic understanding of dental or healthcare service environments; prior experience in a clinic or medical setting is an advantage.
- Proficiency with office software and digital tools used for scheduling, reporting, and remote collaboration.
- Ability to work part-time in a hybrid arrangement, balancing on-site presence in Dubai with remote tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
