Role Description
The E-commerce Manager role at IRIS Dental Clinic Dubai is a part-time hybrid position based in Dubai, with some work-from-home flexibility.
The E-commerce Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the clinic’s online presence, including e-commerce platforms, digital booking systems, and online product or service offerings.
Daily tasks include monitoring website performance and analytics, updating product and service information, coordinating online promotions and campaigns, and ensuring a smooth digital customer journey.
The role involves collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to drive online conversions, managing customer inquiries through digital channels, and maintaining consistent branding across all e-commerce touchpoints.
The E-commerce Manager will also identify opportunities for growth and improvement in online sales and patient engagement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track key performance indicators, and optimize e-commerce performance.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, manage online customer interactions, and convey information clearly.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive online conversions, support promotional campaigns, and contribute to revenue growth through digital channels.
- Candidates should possess E-Commerce skills to manage online platforms, update content, oversee transactions, and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support digital marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and align e-commerce activities with overall marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing e-commerce or digital platforms within healthcare, retail, or service industries is beneficial.
- Familiarity with basic SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment are required.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
