Role Description
The Retail Operations Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, supporting the clinic’s front-of-house and retail-related activities.
This role oversees daily store operations, including inventory management, retail display standards, and coordination of dental care products and services offered to patients.
The Retail Operations Manager monitors key operational metrics, optimizes workflows, and ensures alignment with clinic policies and quality standards.
The role also involves supervising frontline staff, resolving operational issues, and working closely with the clinical and administrative teams to provide a consistent, high-quality patient and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Retail Operations and Store Management skills to oversee day-to-day retail activities and maintain high store standards.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management and Analytical Skills to optimize processes, manage resources, and interpret performance data.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to ensure positive interactions with patients and visitors and manage inquiries or concerns.
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or clinic-based retail environments is beneficial.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi during part-time hours and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Management, Retail, or a related field is preferred.
