Role Description
The Corporate Affairs Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site presence at IRIS Dental Clinic and remote work from home.
This role manages corporate affairs activities, including building and maintaining relationships with government entities, regulatory bodies, and key external partners.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating stakeholder engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and representing the clinic in external forums and meetings.
The Corporate Affairs Manager will also develop and implement corporate communications and internal communications plans, prepare briefings and reports for senior leadership, and support reputation management and community outreach.
Collaboration with clinical and administrative teams is essential to align corporate messaging with the clinic’s values and strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Corporate Affairs and Government Relations, with experience managing interactions with authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Strong Stakeholder Engagement capabilities, including building partnerships with community organizations, industry groups, and key external contacts.
- Proficiency in Corporate Communications and Internal Communications, including drafting statements, newsletters, and executive briefings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, communications, public relations, or a related field; experience in healthcare or dental services is a plus.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
