Seeking a customer-oriented, sales-driven Catering Supervisor with experience in restaurants or hospitality.
The role manages catering inquiries, orders, events, bookings, customer service, and business growth through sales and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and introduce the restaurant’s catering services and offerings.
- Coordinate and follow up on daily catering orders, corporate orders, and special event requests.
- Prepare and present offers and packages suited to client needs; manage bookings and confirm order details.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and relevant teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
- Monitor orders from inquiry through preparation and delivery.
- Build client relationships to encourage repeat business and generate sales opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and promote relevant catering packages to support sales growth.
- Maintain accurate order, booking, and customer-request records.
- Ensure a professional customer experience and consistent service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, restaurants, hotels, hospitality, or customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills; excellent organization and ability to manage multiple orders.
- Fluency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is preferred.
- Professional appearance, customer-focused attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Preference for candidates based in Saudi Arabia and legally eligible to work in the Kingdom.
