QA/QC Manager

Key purpose

Role and responsibilities

• Establish a project Quality Management Program with the Project Management Team and EPC contractor, and lead site-based QA/QC plan implementation.
• Maintain quality information and documentation flows among the Project Management Team, EPC Contracts Specialist, contractor, and stakeholders.
• Identify project quality issues that may affect contractual commitments or facility operability and ensure quality practices reflect internal standards.
• Document and report contractual non-conformances and related issues.
• Participate in site meetings and provide ongoing support to site management teams.

Candidate profile

• A civil engineering degree is required, along with several years of hands-on quality management and QA/QC experience in high-rise building construction.
• Requires 10–15 years of experience in high-rise building projects.
• Requires comprehensive understanding of relevant international design codes, quality control processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Complementary experience may include Quality Management Information Systems, project documentation processes, and technical or inspection staff supervision.
• Requires technical leadership capability in a multicultural environment and strong communication, report writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Unlimited Floors Certification is required.

Pay

• AED 22,000–25,000 per month.
