QA/QC Engineer responsible for project quality management and site-based quality assurance and control on construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Establish the project Quality Management Program with the Project Management Team and lead site-based QA/QC plan implementation.
- Support and technically supervise site field audits and inspections.
- Maintain quality information and documentation flows among the Project Management Team, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Identify quality issues that could affect contractual commitments or facility operability.
- Ensure project quality management and control practices reflect internal quality standards.
- Document and report contractual non-conformances and related issues.
- Participate in site meetings and support site management teams.
Candidate profile
- Civil Engineering degree and 8–15 years of hands-on quality management and QA/QC experience in international construction environments.
- Proven experience on high-rise (G+ Unlimited) building projects.
- Previous experience with Emaar and/or Mirage is stated as mandatory.
- Must hold a valid Dubai Municipality license for G+ Unlimited floors; a separate license section labels it preferred.
- Strong material submittal review experience and experience handling inspections in the DDA portal.
- Good knowledge of Dubai construction standards and regulations.
- Currently based in Dubai and available for immediate joining.
Preferred language
- Arabic is preferred.
Pay
- AED 12,000–15,000 per month.
