Experienced MEP Planning Engineer supporting schedules for ongoing MEP construction projects across the UAE.
The role covers coordination of engineering, procurement, and site execution activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6; monitor progress and update schedules regularly.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and site teams; prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Track milestones, delays, and critical activities; assist with recovery planning and mitigation.
- Monitor manpower and productivity, participate in project reviews, and support compliance with contractual timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
- Mechanical or electrical engineering degree and at least 3 years of MEP planning experience.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project; good understanding of MEP construction activities.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- UAE/GCC experience, large building or infrastructure work, data center or mission-critical exposure, EOT and delay analysis, and BIM coordination are preferred.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time role; work location is in person in Dubai.
