Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified
Qa And Qc Engineer (Civil)
to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control procedures across multiple construction projects, ensuring all works comply with project specifications, contract requirements, applicable codes, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures and quality plans for civil construction projects.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- Raise, monitor, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Observation Reports (SORs), and corrective actions.
- Ensure materials delivered to site meet project specifications and approved submittals.
- Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and testing reports.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance with quality requirements.
- Support project handover by ensuring all quality documentation is complete.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 4–7 years of QA/QC experience in civil construction projects within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, construction standards, and local authority requirements.
- Experience with inspections, testing, and quality documentation.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage quality activities across multiple project sites.
- Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.

- Residential, commercial, and infrastructure construction projects.
- Coordination with consultants and clients.
- Managing multiple active sites simultaneously.
