About This Role
Overview
- Determine and ensure that schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of technicians and other members of the workforce are set and followed.
- Responsible for achieving the budget and collection targets set for assigned jobs. Responsible for ensuring that that service level is always up, and customer satisfaction ratings are high to avoid non-payment due to dissatisfaction with the service that is provided to the customer.
- Act as the link between technicians and management, operations, and support staff, to ensure that the technicians’ concerns, suggestions, and requirements are fulfilled, acted, and attended to. Also to ensure that technicians are aware of company policies, procedures, relevant updates about the organization, training programs and other initiatives that would require the technicians’ active participation and involvement.
- Responsible for the achievement of the technician’s KPIs and must actively take part in the appraisal process for technicians.
- Examine systems and facilities at the site and analyze information to determine proper PPM schedules, required services and/or repairs.
- Request for materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, and other parts and ensure timely delivery.
- Advise technicians for corrective actions whenever required.
- Investigate complaints about service and equipment and take corrective action.
- Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner.
- Inspect and evaluate the physical condition to determine the type of work required.
- Show commitment towards the quality policy & procedures and ensure that all activities and documents produced are inline as per the QMS.
- Comply with established HSE policies and procedures and correctly use all appropriate equipment provided.
- Adhere to the instructions issued to protect the health and safety of others in the workplace.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Diploma / ITI in the relevant field.
- Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information; collects and researches data; uses intuition and

Experience (Years Of Experience, Sector, Local /International)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Contracting / Construction Company within U.A.E.
