Job Summary
We are looking for a Temporary Office Boy / Office Assistant to support daily office operations and maintain a clean and organized working environment for a 3-month contract period.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness of office areas, pantry, and meeting rooms.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic office support tasks.
- Arrange meeting rooms and ensure pantry supplies are available.
- Support with document handling and general office assistance.
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
Requirements
- Philippine Nationals only.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Good attitude, hygiene, and professional appearance.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Must be available for a temporary 3-month contract.
