Public Relations Officer (PRO) – UAE

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper onboarding for new joiners and maintain employee data throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and company policies.
• Handle employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and residency permits.
• Manage labor and immigration transactions through relevant UAE government portals.
• Liaise with MOHRE, ICP, and other relevant government departments.
• Manage trade license renewals, company documentation, and other official requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee document, visa, and government transaction records.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments to complete administrative tasks on time.
• Monitor regulatory changes and inform management of relevant updates.
• Support other government-related administrative matters as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of relevant UAE PRO experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and government services.
• Experience dealing with MOHRE, ICP, and other UAE government authorities.
• Familiarity with UAE government portals and online transaction systems.
• Arabic is mandatory.
• Good communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential documents responsibly.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Languages

• Arabic is mandatory.
• English proficiency is listed as an advantage in the requirements and as an advantage in the language statement.
