About the Role
Como Lounge is looking for a proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to act as the key liaison between the establishment and government authorities. Responsibilities include managing visas, license renewals, and HR support.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and liaise between Como Lounge and government authorities for employment permits, entry visas, medical examinations, employee Emirates ID, visa cancellations, etc.
- Manage company license renewals and vehicle registration renewals.
- Assist in Assets Management.
- Provide basic support in HR related duties.
- Handle company petty cash.
- Secure new employment visas/work permits for expatriate employees.
- Monitor and renew employee residence permits.
- Provide expert advice on visa formalities and government related procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all services provided.
- Stay updated on government rules and regulations, adapting to changes as needed.
- Prioritize and accomplish urgent tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with strong experience working with government organizations and embassies
- Extensive network and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English
- Valid Driving License
- Good computer skills, especially in MS Office

About the Role
- Como Lounge is looking for a proactive and well connected Public Relations Officer (PRO) to act as the key liaison between our establishment and the government.
- Salary: AED 2,500 AED 5,000 per month. Job Type: Full Time/Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and liaise between Como Lounge and government authorities for all related services including Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, Employee Emirates ID, visa cancellations, etc.
- Manage company license renewals and vehicle registration renewals.
