- Personally capture, shoot, and edit high quality mobile photography and trendy short form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok) directly on the restaurant floor.
- Take complete ownership of planning, scheduling, copywriting, and publishing daily content across all social media channels.
- Maintain and manage full administrative access across all digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business Profile).
- Continuously monitor viral social media trends, audios, and formats, and actively present fresh creative ideas and marketing proposals directly to the owner.
- Actively search for, vet, and reach out to relevant UAE and Al Ain based food bloggers, lifestyle influencers, and media personalities to coordinate tastings, reviews, and collaborative partnerships.
- Monitor and professionally respond to all Google Reviews and online customer feedback daily.
- Plan and execute in store marketing campaigns, seasonal menu launches, and local events to boost physical foot traffic.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Public Relations within the UAE F&B or hospitality sector
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent mobile videography, photography, and video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Proven track record of managing business profiles on Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to pitch ideas directly to business owners
- Strong knowledge of the Al Ain market and local consumer trends is highly preferred

Role Summary
- We are seeking a creative, proactive, and highly driven Marketing & PR Executive to take total ownership of the COMO Lounge brand presence and reputation in Al Ain and all over the UAE.
- This role combines on the floor content creation and full social media management with aggressive local public relations (influencer collaborations and events).
- The ideal candidate will have full administrative access across all our digital platforms to drive brand awareness, protect our online reputation, and directly propose creative, trend setting strategies to ownership.
Key Responsibilities & Main Tasks
- Content Creation: Personally capture, shoot, and edit high quality mobile photography and trendy short form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok) directly on the restaurant floor to showcase our specialty coffee, dishes, and guest experience.
- Full Social Media Management: Take complete ownership of planning, scheduling, copywriting, and publishing daily content across all social media channels.
- Platform Administration: Maintain and manage full administrative access across all digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business Profile) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and swift community engagement.
- Trend Research & Direct Proposals: Continuously monitor viral social media trends, audios, and formats, and actively present fresh creative ideas and marketing proposals directly to the owner for approval.
- Influencer & Blogger Collaborations: Actively search for, vet, and reach out to relevant UAE and Al Ain based food bloggers, lifestyle influencers, and media personalities to coordinate tastings, reviews, and collaborative partnerships.
- Reputation Management (Google Reviews): Monitor and professionally respond to all Google Reviews and online customer feedback daily to ensure a high rating and excellent customer relations.
- Campaign & Event Coordination: Plan and execute in store marketing campaigns, seasonal menu launches, and local events to boost physical foot traffic to the Al Ain branch.
Requirements
